The core time commitment is around 3 hours/week, including live sessions, practices, and reflection. But flexibility is baked in. You will have access to recordings, bite-sized tools, and self-paced elements, if life gets full. You lead the pace, and we support the consistency.
If you are or aspire to be a high-capacity woman who is ambitious but tired of contorting to succeed, you will fit right in. The group is small, intimate, and carefully curated. Expect shared values, different voices, and space for your unique leadership story.
